A brief explanation of what the contact form asks for and why.
What we collect
The inquiry and interest forms request a parent or guardian’s name and email address, a child’s age or grade range, subject interest, and preferred session days. Only the inquiry form offers optional child first name and learning details. The interest form also asks if you want to be contacted about a free assessment and for permission to email you about your request and availability. Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive documents.
How we use it
The details are used to respond to your inquiry, contact you about an assessment if requested, and discuss potential tutoring support and availability. Submissions are sent through Formspree to BrightPeak’s business email. Formspree also processes the information to operate the form. Review Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices.
Questions or corrections
Contact admin@brightpeaklearningacademy.com if you want to ask about an inquiry, correct it, or request its deletion. We do not ask children to fill out the form themselves.
